Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email with a link that tracks your progress and shipment in real time.

The production for your custom art starts within 24 hours of submitting your order. If you need to make changes please email support@gavalina.com and indicate in the subject line “Order Change for (order #)” along with a detailed description of the changes you’d like to make and we will do our best to get this updated prior to production.

At the moment we are only able to fulfill orders that ship to addresses in the USA (not including Puerto Rico or Hawaii).

Yes! Please email info@gavalina.com with your name, phone # and the artist you’d like to work with and our team will connect you with the artist.

Given the custom nature of the framing business we have a no return and no refund policy. If we’ve made a mistake or if your art arrives damaged we will absolutely work to correct this. Please see more details under the “Refund Policy” at foot of the site.

We work with global artists but the actual printing and framing work is done in the United States. We are proud to work with domestic partners to produce your works of art!
