Refund policy
We want you to love your custom framed artwork and we will work with you to answer all of your questions prior to ordering. Given the custom nature of the framing business we have a no return and no refund policy. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we’ve made a mistake (which occasionally happens) we want to correct it immediately. If you’ve received an item that is damaged or if you received an incorrect item we will prioritize this issue and get you a replacement as soon as possible.
All damaged, defective and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us with a description of the damage and, if possible, pictures by emailing support@gavalina.com within 72 hours of delivery.
