Shipping policy

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Your order will be processed the day we receive your order and production will start within 2 days. Your order will ship within 7-10 business days of ordering. As soon as it’s shipped, we send you an email with tracking information so you know exactly when it'll arrive. Orders take on average 2-5 days to arrive to your home once shipped. We use UPS, Fedex and other carriers for shipping. 

Do you ship outside of the USA?

We are able to ship to Canada but we cannot ship to Puerto Rico or to any other countries outside of the USA (aside from Canada). 

What if I made a mistake on my order?

Please email support@gavalina.com as soon as you realize you made a mistake and if we can intercept your order prior to production we will do so. 

We will do everything possible to ensure you are thrilled with your order. If at any point you experience any difficulty with ordering or receiving your order please email support@gavalina.com
